Shipping, Returns & Cancellation
We are always delighted to ship your books and ensure they reach you at the earliest.
Our team provides full assistance via WhatsApp, call, and email throughout your order-processing journey.
Users are requested to provide accurate delivery details, including a functional mobile number, to avoid delays.
We use secure, trusted payment gateways.
Please note: We never request OTPs or sensitive banking details via call or message.

Order & Dispatch Policy
Order Types
We accept two types of orders:
- Prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on prepaid orders above Rs. 499
- COD orders will incur an additional delivery fee of Rs. 50 per order.
- COD is available only for orders with:
- Minimum cart value: Rs. 300
- Maximum cart value: Rs. 2000
Order Modification
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or clubbed with any other order.
COD Confirmation
- Our team may call you to confirm your COD order.
- Please ensure availability on the mobile number provided.
Post-Dispatch Requirements
Once dispatched, the customer must accept the product. Refusal of COD shipments is not permitted
Tracking Information
- After dispatch, tracking details (Tracking ID and courier partner information) will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.
- Tracking status may take 12–24 hours to update.
Shipping Timelines
We ship across India from Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays and major festivals).
- Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on location.
- Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states may take longer.
International Orders
- We currently do not accept international orders.
- For special requests, customers may contact our support team.
Delays
While we partner with reliable courier services, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or regional restrictions.
