BDU’s scholar takes part in NASA’s conference on climate change

Marking the name of the univeristy in the pages of history at a time when the world is debating Climate Change a scholar from Bharathidasan University presented his thesis at an International conference conducted with NASA’s funding in the United States of America, in May 2016. At the summit, ‘Connecting Paleo and Modern Oceanographic Data to Understand AMOC Decadal to Centuries’ held at the National Climate and Atmospheric Research Center (NCAR). In Boulder, Colorado, USA from May 23 to 25, 2016. A Sivachandiran, a research scholar from the Department of Marine Sciences of BDU, was among the 45 participants. He was the only Indian.
